This policy explains what information may be handled when you visit our static website or contact Fancier Technologies, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Fancier Technologies LLP (“Fancier Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent software development company. This policy covers fanciertechnologies.com and enquiries sent to our published contact addresses.
This is a static informational website. It does not provide user accounts, a website contact form, or an analytics or advertising system. If you engage us for software development or related services, the project contract and any project-specific privacy or data-processing terms also apply. When we process personal data for a client on its documented instructions, the client may determine the purpose and means of that processing and our project agreement will describe our respective roles.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, confidential source code or sensitive personal information to a general enquiry address unless we have agreed a secure and appropriate way to handle it.
We use enquiry details to respond to your message and discuss a potential or existing engagement; information needed to perform an agreed project to provide that service; technical logs to deliver, troubleshoot and protect the website; and relevant records to meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims. We ask for only the information reasonably needed for these purposes. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about visitors.
We do not intentionally set first-party advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we have not integrated an analytics or advertising tracker. Our hosting, email or external font providers may use technical mechanisms as part of their services under their own terms and privacy practices. Your browser also provides controls to manage cookies and cached resources.
We do not sell personal information. We may share it only as reasonably needed:
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is reasonably needed to respond and manage a potential or active business relationship, and longer where needed for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. We do not set the retention period for technical logs held by our hosting or delivery provider; that provider retains them under its own settings and policies. We use reasonable safeguards for the information we control. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where this occurs, we take steps required by applicable law and use appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required.
Depending on applicable law and when its provisions take effect, you may be able to request access to information about your personal data, correction or erasure, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, raise a grievance, or exercise other statutory rights. Legal exceptions may apply. To make a request or withdraw consent, email dpo@fanciertechnologies.com with the email address you used to contact us and a description of your request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may also ask us to stop discussing a potential project; we may retain records where required by law or reasonably needed for legal claims.
India’s DPDP transition: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025 are being brought into force in phases. As currently notified, provisions relating to Consent Manager registration, including Rule 4, take effect on 13 November 2026; they apply to organizations seeking to operate as a Consent Manager. The main data-fiduciary duties, including notice, consent, security, breach response and individual rights, together with Rules 3 and 5 to 16, are scheduled to take effect on 13 May 2027. We will update this notice and our processes as applicable provisions take effect. Until then, we handle personal information under the laws currently in force and any other applicable requirements.
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not designed to solicit information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information, and we will review the request and take appropriate steps under applicable law.
Our pages may link to external websites, including the VCTR project website. Those sites operate independently and have their own privacy policies and practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them. We are not responsible for their data handling.
We may revise this policy as our website, services or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects information already held, we will provide any notice required by applicable law.
