These terms explain the rules for using the Fancier Technologies website and how enquiries about our software development services are handled.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This website is operated by Fancier Technologies LLP (“Fancier Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an independent software development company working since 2016. These terms apply when you visit or use this website.
They do not form a software development, consulting, support, licence or other services agreement. Any project we accept will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form or other contract signed or otherwise expressly accepted by both parties. If that contract conflicts with these website terms, the project contract controls for the relevant services.
You may use the website for lawful, personal or business informational purposes. You agree not to:
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our rights.
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, logos and other materials on this website belong to or are licensed to Fancier Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and link to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. No other licence is granted by these terms.
Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, source code, designs, documentation, pre-existing materials, tools and third-party or open-source components will be set out in the applicable project contract. Unless that contract says otherwise, each party retains its pre-existing materials and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
Sending an enquiry does not require either party to enter into a project or other agreement. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, confidential source code or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry email. Information shared before a confidentiality agreement is in place should not be treated as confidential unless the law requires otherwise.
You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to share any materials you send us. We may use them to respond to your enquiry and assess or discuss a possible engagement, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Before work begins, the parties should document the relevant scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, responsibilities, fees, payment milestones, acceptance process, change control, support or maintenance terms, warranties and intellectual property arrangements in a project contract.
Unless a signed project contract expressly provides otherwise, estimates and timelines are indicative, changes to scope require written agreement, and we do not promise a particular business, technical or commercial outcome. The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables, providing accurate requirements and having rights to materials it supplies.
VCTR AI Tokens are live on the Base network and can be transferred and received using compatible network tools. References to VCTR on this website are for general information only. This website is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or exchange a digital asset, and is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
A sales channel is in development and is intended to launch only after applicable compliance requirements are completed. No sale is being offered through this website. Any future availability, eligibility, terms or timing may change and will be communicated through the project’s official channels. No investment return, price or future performance is guaranteed. Digital-asset transactions involve risks, including network, software, market and transaction-finality risks. Anyone considering a digital-asset activity should independently assess applicable laws and risks in their location and obtain professional advice.
This website may link to third-party websites or services, including VCTR project resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the linked service. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.
We provide this website and its content for general information on an “as available” basis. We try to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Website content is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fancier Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, this informational website. We are not liable for matters caused by third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any non-excludable consumer rights. Liability relating to paid software development work is governed by the relevant project contract.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs we incur because of your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these terms, or materials you provide that infringe another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent our own acts or omissions caused the relevant loss.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from publication and do not alter a signed project contract unless that contract says they do. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the website for operational, security or legal reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Subject to those protections, courts of competent jurisdiction in India may hear disputes relating to these website terms. Disputes under a project contract follow that contract’s dispute-resolution clause.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about use of this website. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the relevant business, subject to law.
